At Blue Ivvy, we want you to love everything you buy from us. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to make the returns process as easy as possible.

  • Eligibility for Returns:
    We accept returns on items within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be in their original condition with tags still attached. Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged are not eligible for return.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on underwear, swimwear, or personalized items.
  • How to Return:

  • Exchanging Items:
    If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item. You can return the original item for a refund, and we’ll process your exchange once the returned item is received.
  • Processing Refunds:
    Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping Costs:
    Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or our error.

  • Please note that sale items, discounted items, and seasonal collections are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
